All franchisees are required to undergo “in-store training” to shadow Yakety Yak veteran owners for several weeks at a time to learn hands-on sales techniques, back office operations and technical knowledge for phone repair, unlocking and flashing services in live retail settings. This level of custom support solutions, combined with industry experience, immediately give our franchisees the proper foundation for operational proficiency to transform retail outlets into profit centers.
